Q: Can I use your art on my website, journal icon, email stationary, and so on?
You may do so ONLY if you agree to the following conditions. I know this is a drag but my art is my livelihood and only source of income so I gotta put it in writing.
1. DO NOT ALTER MY ART
If you plan on using my art to decorate your website or emphasis your design, you may do so ONLY if you DO NOT ALTER my art! That means you can not crop out or cut out portions of my artwork and add them to your design. Plus, no sparkles, animated inserts, and any other artifacts may be placed within my illustrations. This does a grave injustice to my artistic vision I created. However, you may resize it or scale it to whatever proportions you need. Nothing more than this.
2. WATERMARKED IMAGES
ONLY USE those images which have my name "Steelgoddess" watermarked across the photos. Otherwise, I will assume you are in violation of my registered copyright and will have to embark on a legal course with my attorneys and notify my best friend at the US Copyright Department. I hate to be this strict but there are some bad seeds out there that have no remorse for stealing other artist's work for their own greedy profit. I have already had to deal with a few and had to take lengthy legal procedures against them. It's no fun but it's something I will pursue.
3. MY NAME MUST BE KEPT ON THE IMAGE, ALONG WITH MY WEBSITE
You MUST leave my name on the images you plan on using to give me credit as the artist. Plus, you must also place my website www.steelgoddess.com or "ceridwensmagicweb.com/catalog/" near my image.
4. NON-COMMERCIAL ONLY!!
Only those websites that do not sell merchandise may use my images. All other websites who are interested in licensing my artwork need to contact me at steelgodess@ceridwensmagicweb.com
