Ordering and Shipping Questions

Q: How do I order your merchandise?

R: Simply go to a Category on the left hand side of the Menu Bar and browse through the image gallery. Click on an image. Type in the amount you wish to purchase and click on the cart icon that says "Add this to my Cart." Voila! Can't get any easier than that!

Q: How much does it cost for shipping and handling?

R: Really easy and takes all the guess work out. Once you select an item you wish to purchase, there is a button on the left hand side within your Shopping Cart Contents that tells you how much your shipping will be. No matter where you are or what continent you live on, you will be able to see your shipping rates. Currently, I have the shipping zones set up for US, Canada, UK, and Australia. For everyone else, please email me and I will insert your country into my shipping module.

Q: What shipping method do you use?

R: For US orders, I prefer USPS Media Mail which generally takes between 5-10 days to reach you. If you need a purchase asap, I will ship your order via Priority Mail which takes 3-4 days for your order to reach you. You will have to let me know if you desire Priority Mail. For all International Orders, I prefer USPS Intl. Priority Mail which takes only 7-10 days to reach you.

Q: I live outside of the US and have not received my order!

R: Due to increased border security, I have discovered that some of my customers are experiencing a 4-6 week delay in receiving their packages. Unfortunately, this is completely out of my control. My customers who live outside of the UK are more prone for these lengthy delays. Please be patient as this is out of my hands and lies with your Customs Dept.

Q: I do not have a Credit Card or can not place an order through the website. Can I still purchase your items?

R: YES! Just email me  to let me know what you wish to purchase and your shipping address and I will provide you with a shipping address to send your payment to. I accept Paypal, Money Orders, Checks, and Cash.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

R: My normal policy is to please allow up to 2 weeks before I place your order in the mail. However, I can usually process orders much faster and send them your way within a week. Large Wholesale Orders may take up to the full 2 weeks to process.

Q: What is Paypal? Why am I asked to create a password?

R: Paypal is a convenient and genius service which allows you to pay with a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account. It is the same Checkout option that powers Ebay. All you need to do is sign up with your valid email address and create a password (which you make up and keep secret with you). If you do not wish to use Paypal, just email me with what you wish to purchase and your shipping address and I will provide you with a shipping address to send your Check, Money Order, or Cash to. Sorry, but I am not set up to accept Credit Card numbers.

Q: I want to commission you to do an original painting for me.

R: Currently, I am accepting limited number of commissioned work. Check out my gallery of past (which means SOLD) OOAK Originals to see what I have created. This is just a sample of my past work and I have not posted all the pics of my Witchy OOAK creations. Please click here to find out more!

Q: I am interested in setting up a Wholesale Account. What information do I need to provide you?
